Through Yona Roöri’s Visual DNA methodology, a brand or company name — or the name of its founder — can be decoded and transformed into an original abstract composition, creating a visual expression that originates directly from the identity behind the business.

The resulting artwork can exist as a standalone piece or become the foundation for a wider visual language developed specifically for the brand.

Commission packages can also include a selection of bespoke pattern concepts created from the brand’s Visual DNA. These patterns can be developed for commercial applications including packaging, textiles, stationery, wrapping paper, interiors, products and other selected brand applications.

Commercial usage of the commissioned patterns can be provided under a 5- or 10-year licence, with the scope and permitted applications agreed individually for each project.

This allows the original artwork to remain at the heart of the commission while its forms and structures evolve into a distinctive family of designs that can live across different aspects of the brand.
